  1. Same Day Delivery within London (Orders Placed Before 1pm): Enjoy the convenience of same day delivery within London when you place your order before 1pm (GMT). This option is available Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please note that same day delivery is subject to product availability and delivery slots.

  2. Standard Shipping (1-2 Business Days): For orders within the UK, we offer a standard shipping option that typically delivers your products within 1 to 2 business days. Please allow additional time for processing and delivery during peak seasons.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout. The cost will be displayed before you finalize your order. Keep in mind that orders over a certain amount may qualify for free or discounted shipping – watch for promotions!

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status and estimated delivery date of your package.

Returns and Refunds:

  3. Refund or Replacement:

    • Defective or Damaged Items: We will provide a full refund or send a replacement for items confirmed to be defective or damaged. Return shipping costs will be covered by us.
    • Incorrect Items: We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you and cover any additional shipping costs.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on opened e-liquids due to hygiene reasons.
